Are You Really Okay
What encounter have you longed for in your life? Years pass and we are on a journey searching our inner self out curious as to what is missing. Our inner self is dieing in search for just that one thing we can’t seem to find. Our minds plague us with constant thoughts that everything is okay. We fail to do true soul searching to find those in depth issues we have never let go of. Baggage hangs off our shoulders as we travel the days convincing ourselves we are just that, okay.
I challenge you all to do the following close your eyes and listen. What does your mind allow you to think? What do you hear running through your head? Then open your eyes back up. At this point if you have any thoughts or can hear anything your mind must not be clear. What does he mean by this. I mean you need an encounter, not just any encounter you need a face-to-face encounter with God.
I recently made a trip to the mountaintop where I had a face-to-face with our creator. He touched me and we had a very intimate conversation. A long over due talk about some things I called myself letting go of long ago. Yes, I too had several straps over my shoulder with gym bags full of weights on the end. In other words, I had a lot of baggage that I was not aware of. As our conversation flowed I found my head was beginning to clear there was less and less thought process and for once my actions where controlled by the spirit and not by the flesh or the mind. As the conversation flowed I found how God began to reveal his true self to me. My inner spirit was triumphant in victory. The song “You got the victory” really began to have true meaning. The scripture where Jesus was on the cross and said, “It is FINISHED” really came to light.
I this to you men and women of God, we are caught in a world of advertisements and they don’t leave our mind so let me make a statement you will not forget.
